The Acting Lab:
Challenge yourself in a unique one-week Acting Lab dedicated to exploring the balance between thoughtful preparation and exciting, unpredictable performance and auditioning skills.
Through the lens of exploring monologues using classic techniques - as well as newer theories of environment, inner and outer landscapes, embodied psychology, and even parallels to Quantum Entanglement Theories - and using exercises designed to free and sensitize your Body and Mind, actors will discover new ways to find paths in which to create more vibrant, dynamic, and bold choices in their work and performances.
Actors learn how to explore texts with their own creative and imaginative energies and find new ways to discover the moments and environment which lead to dynamic and compelling performances.
The Lab includes 4 days of live, in-studio workshops led by Mitchell Gossett with potential guest artists visiting to share auditioning experiences.
Final Industry Presentation:
The Lab will culminate on the 5th and final day with a remote, zoom presentation showcasing each actor’s work for a small audience of industry and creative professionals with the purpose of applying the week’s discoveries right away in front of Industry Professionals.

Begin each day with an energizing and educational vocal and physical warm-up with our Broadway Director and Music Director.
Broadway Matinee
On Wednesday, participants will be treated to a matinee performance of SCHMIGADOON!
Private Lessons, Group Instruction and Advanced Masterclasses
A combination of private and group instruction will provide participants with a unique week-long experience. Participants will also take a series of advanced masterclasses with visiting Broadway guest artists designed to challenge and elevate our actors' skill set.

Young performers will be introduced to the beloved story of FROZEN KIDS in our one-week musical theatre summer camp!
Campers rehearse songs, dance numbers, and scenes from FROZEN KIDS while learning proper singing technique and expanding their theatrical knowledge. Training is guided by a Professional Performer & Director alongside an experienced Teaching Artist.
Campers also craft props and set pieces that will be incorporated into the final performance!
Bring a pillow and blanket for a short nap time!
Focus of Camp:
• Learn fun song-and-dance numbers from FROZEN KIDS
• Make your own props and set pieces
• Perform in a final showcase for family and friends
Final Showcase:
On Friday afternoon, our performers present an abridged performance of FROZEN KIDS for family and friends at the studio!
