The Acting Lab:
Challenge yourself in a unique one-week Acting Lab dedicated to exploring the balance between thoughtful preparation and exciting, unpredictable performance and auditioning skills.

Through the lens of exploring techniques ranging from Stanislavski, Linklater, Quantum Mechanics, and 30 years of Mitchell’s unique experience in both teaching and guiding some of today's most successful actors through meaningful career and creative development.

Actors learn how to explore texts with their own creative and imaginative energies and find new ways to discover the moments and environment which lead to dynamic and compelling performances.

Final Industry Presentation:
The Lab will culminate on the 5th and final day with a remote, zoom presentation showcasing each actor’s work for a small audience of industry and creative professionals with the purpose of applying the week’s discoveries right away in front of Industry Professionals.
