A.C.A.N.Y. campers learn numbers from beloved Broadway musicals, take a variety of workshops with visiting guest Broadway artists, attend a Broadway Matinee, and perform for loved ones in a Final Showcase in our professional Broadway audition and rehearsal space!
Workshops with Broadway and Industry Guest Artists Include:
• Scene Study & Character Development: Work on script analysis, and how to flesh out a character to bring them to life!
• Broadway Dance: Learn a dance combo from one of Broadway’s current hits!
• Stage Combat: Learn how to throw a punch that will only look like it hurts!
• Improvisation & Theatre Games: Learn how to analyze situations quickly and think on your feet! Learn how to recover quickly when things go awry in a live theatre performance!
