Hone musical theatre chops in a fun, safe and supportive environment with Broadway Faculty!

• Broadway Dance: Learn a fun combo from a hit Broadway show like THE OUTSIDERS, CHICAGO, MEAN GIRLS, or HAMILTON!
• Stage Combat: Learn how to throw a punch that will only look like it hurts!
• Scene Study: Learn script analysis skills & the fundamentals of acting!
• Improvisation & Theatre Games: Learn how to analyze situations quickly and think on your feet! Learn how to recover quickly when things go awry in a live theatre performance!

DEADLINE FOR AUDITION VIDEOS:
We are on a rolling admissions basis. There is no hard & fast deadline. However, the program is limited to a small number of advanced performers, and we cannot hold spots, so we suggest you send it in ASAP to avoid winding up on a wait list!
A Class Act NY’s Pre-Professional Program is for advanced musical theatre actors who are ready for the challenge of honing their singing, dancing, & acting skills through exploring more advanced work.

Daily Dance + Warm-Up
Begin each day with an energizing and educational vocal and physical warm-up with our Broadway Director and Music Director.

Private Lessons, Group Instruction and Advanced Masterclasses
A combination of private and group instruction will provide participants with a unique week-long experience. Participants will also take a series of advanced masterclasses with visiting Broadway guest artists designed to challenge and elevate our actors' skill set.
Industry Showcase w/ Scouting Talent Reps

Final Showcase: Off-Broadway Debut
The Pre-Professional Program culminates in a final showcase at an off-Broadway Theatre for loved ones!

Instructor: Professional Director, Singer, Performer, Rebecca O’Sullivan Reres (SEUSSICAL JR, INTO THE WOODS JR, Gilbert & Sullivan Players)
Young performers will be introduced to the beloved story of THE LITTLE MERMAID in our one-week musical theatre summer camp!
Campers rehearse songs, dance numbers and scenes from THE LITTLER MERMAID, learn proper singing technique and expand their theatrical knowledge under the guidance of a Professional Performer & Director and a Teaching Artist!
Campers also craft props and set pieces that will be incorporated into the final performance!
Bring a pillow and blanket for a short nap time!
Final Showcase:
On Friday afternoon, our performers present an abridged performance of THE LITTLE MERMAID for family and friends at the studio!
