Learn the widely used Meisner Technique!
Through scene-work and acting exercises, students learn the core principles of this distinguished master of acting.
Meisner Technique:
The goal of the Meisner Technique is for the actor to not focus on themselves and instead concentrate on the other actors in the immediate environment. There is a greater focus on the other actor as opposed to one's internal thoughts or feelings associated with the character.
Final Showcase w/ Talent Reps
Class concludes in a short performance a few scouting Talent Reps! Loved ones are invited to attend as well!

Since most musicals that are produced today fall into the pop rock category, it’s imperative actors have an audition book that includes song cuts from the genre.
It matters not if you are auditioning for your local school or community theatre production, or for professional shows!
Either way, you should be prepared to “rock” your pop rock auditions!
By the end of our time together, students walk away with one 16 bar cut, and one 32 bar cut to add to their repertoire.
We will work on both performance and audition skills in this class!
