Focus of Class:
• Uncover differences in script structure and style between Multi-Cam and Single-Cam episodics.
• Learn techniques for vocal transformation, and apply them to zany Animation and Video Game characters.
• Master the nuances of tone, inflection and pacing to create dynamic Commercial and Promo reads.
• Finesse your self-tape techniques and gather hands-on experience in a professional voice-over booth.
• Learn key VO and On-Camera terminology, and on-set and booth etiquette.
Final Showcase for Loved Ones & Talent Reps
Class concludes with a Showcase for loved ones and a few scouting Talent Reps.

Perform In-Studio in NYC!
It’s often challenging to get in front of Talent Agents and Managers. A Class Act NY’s industry showcases provide aspiring actors the unbelievable opportunity to perform for 15 or more scouting agents & managers in one evening.
Previous participants are now working professionally! Many are booking television series, films, voice-overs, commercials and Broadway shows. Click here to read about some of our students’ professional progress.
The biggest agencies and management firms in town attend our showcases including CESD, Stewart Talent, DDO Artists, Zuri, Carson Kolker, Parkside Management, Avalon Artists, Take 3 Talent, and many more.
The Showcase Includes:
• The chance to perform in the audition room in-person for 15 or more Scouting Agents & Managers
• A 50-minute virtual coaching session with:
• Non-Singers: A Broadway/TV/Film Coach
• Singers: A Broadway/TV/Film Coach and a Broadway Music Director
** An in-person coaching is available for an additional $135 fee.

She has directed the pilots and multiple episodes of THAT GIRL LAY LAY, PRETTY FREAKIN’ SCARY, ERIN AND AARON, and tons of episodes of JUST ROLL WITH IT, RAVEN’S HOME, SIDE HUSTLE, KNIGHT SQUAD, WARPED, COOP AND CAMI ASK THE WORLD, WALK THE PRANK, LIV AND MADDIE and more!
She also has the unique distinction of being the only woman director on the upcoming THUNDERMAN’S RETURN Series!
Wendy’s goal is to equip actors with the skills, confidence and dedication required to show up on set and be ready to work. Her enthusiasm and energy prepare students for promising and enduring careers!

• Rehearse Scenes from Hit Shows Wendy has directed
