PART 1: MEAN GIRLS Workshop
Join Broadway Actor of MEAN GIRLS, Ben Cook (TUCK EVERLASTING, BILLY ELLIOT, RAGTIME), for a MEAN GIRLS musical theatre workshop! Participants will learn a MEAN GIRLS song and dance combo with Ben who will also host a lively Q&A about his experience in Broadway’s newest smash hit!
The MEAN GIRLS Star will be signing autographs and taking pics with students, so bring your playbills!
Focus of Part 1:
• Learn original choreography and a song from MEAN GIRLS
• Q&A with MEAN GIRLS actor Ben Cook
• Autograph and Photos with a Ben
PART 2: Audition Technique with MEAN GIRLS Actor Ben Cook:
Even if you don’t want to go pro, Ben will offer helpful feedback and coaching on mock auditions and will teach participants how to snag a coveted role in a school, community theatre or professional productions!
Focus of Part 2:
• Mock Audition – Bring in a 16-bar cut of a musical theatre song and sing for Ben
• Receive feedback and coaching from Ben and our music director on your audition piece
