• Monday: Sitcom Acting with a Prominent TV Actor
Learn the very specific tone and formula in which sitcoms are written so that you can make the right acting choices in your auditions and on set. Rehearse comedic scenes from hit sitcoms! Learn how to Land Jokes, Make Turns, Discover Misleads and Bring Out the Funny in Sitcom Sides!
• Tuesday: Voice-Over Acting with a Prominent Voice-Over Actor
Voice-Over acting is unlike any other type of acting and requires an actor to make bold, gutsy choices that are original, specific, and outside of the box! Learn how to create living, breathing characters for cartoons and animated feature films, commercials, video games and radio spots!
• Wednesday: Dramatic On-Camera Acting with a Prominent TV Actor
Continue your on-camera training! Work on dramatic scenes from procedurals and serial dramas like LAW & ORDER and STRANGER THINGS, and feature films. Learn how to give a nuanced performance for the camera that is organic, authentic and believable.
• Thursday: Audition Technique & Industry Showcase w/ Scouting Talent Reps
Continue to hone your audition technique and gain insight into how to leave a lasting impression in the audition room. Receive amazing individual feedback and coaching on your scenes! Also, gain invaluable insight into the world of auditions. On Thursday evening, perform in an invited dress rehearsal for 5 or more scouting talent reps!
• Friday: Final Showcase Prep & Performance
