DESCRIPTION:All Skill Levels   |  Ages 10+   |  Monday-Friday\, July 23 – July 27\, 9 AM – 5 PM  |   $945.00 \n* Sold Out! Join The Waitlist!\nIn this 5-day program\, actors in training will have the unique opportunity to work with award-winning Casting Director\, Lisa London and other industry professionals on acting and auditioning skills. \nLisa recently completed casting a number of feature films including\, TRADING PAINT starring John Travolta and Shania Twain\, FREAKS starring Emilie Hirsch and Bruce Dern\, and SANDY WEXLER for NETFLIX starring Adam Sandler and Jennifer Hudson. While Lisa works predominantly in L.A.\, she also often casts projects in other cities like NYC & Atlanta! \n Lisa is also known for her work on HANNAH MONTANA\, SUPAH NINJAS\, SUITE LIFE OF ZACK AND CODY\, HOUSE BUNNY and much more.  She is the author of the book\, From Start to Stardom which takes readers on a step-by-step journey\, laying out what it takes to have the best shot at stardom. \nLisa London has discovered and/or cast actors such as Miley Cyrus\, Jonah Hill\, Selena Gomez\, Mark Ruffalo\, Giovanni Ribisi\, Emma Stone\, Adrian R.Mante\, Adam Irigoyen & Yara Shahidi to name a few! \nFocus: \nOn the first day\, actors will perform a mock audition for Lisa and learn how to prepare their auditions. \nThen\, actors will be paired up w/ “co-stars” and will begin to dissect and analyze their scenes. \nAll actors will gain invaluable feedback and training from Lisa London directly all throughout the week in addition to working with visiting guest artists. \nLisa will both block and direct actors scenes. On the last day of the program\, students will perform their scenes as well as skills they have learned throughout the week in a final performance for loved ones. \nOne of Lisa’s many amazing teaching methods is using playback\, which will enable actors to see what they are doing right as well as what they need to work on. \nLisa will also use improvisation\, an important skill to have both on-set and in auditions. She will use fun exercises to keep actors minds sharp\, focused and to enhance creativity. \nWhen not working with Lisa\, actors take workshops with visiting guests artists. Workshop topics may include:\n• Scene / Script Analysis\n• Voice-Over Technique\n• Commercial Acting and Audition Technique\n• Improvisation\n• Hone your on-camera auditioning skills\, your acting technique and get empowered as actors with the best in show biz! \nDisclaimer: This workshop is a learning experience.
