DESCRIPTION:Congratulations! You have been cast in ACANY’s industry showcase!\nShowcase Reheasals:• There will be 2 private coaching sessions prior to the showcase and our office will reach out to schedule your rehearsals.• You are required to bring an audio recording device to both coaching sessions. This ensures that you can go home and work on what was learned and return for the second rehearsal having made the proper adjustments.• You can use a smartphone or any recording device. You will need to download a voice memos app. We can not use video as it takes up to much room. If you don’t have one\, please purchase one at an electronics store.\nIf you were accepted as a commercial actor you do not need to bring in any additional material. We will assign it in your first rehearsal.\nIf you were accepted as a legit actor you need:\nMonologues:\nEveryone should bring at least 2 or 3 monologues.\nWe want options to choose from\, should we think the monologue you chose was not the best possible choice.\nYou must be off book.\nAs with the audition\, your monologue MUST be from a play.\nPlease bring 2 copies of each of your monologues with you.\nWe need extra copies so that we can cut the monologue if need be and so we can take notes for direction purposes.\nIf you were accepted as a legit singer than you need the monologues above and the following:\nSingers:\nSingers must bring their book of music with at least 3 or 4 different musical theatre songs to choose from. \nBring several song choices with you. We may want to change your song after we hear a few options.\nPlease make cuts and mark your music clearly.  Be sure you still bring in the full sheet music in case we change your cut.\nYour sheet music should be in a 3 ring binder.\nThank you and congratulations!
