Is your child always writing and performing original pieces around the house? Tap into your child’s innate creativity and help them develop their comedic writing and on-camera performing chops in this super fun on-camera sketch comedy class!   \nFocus of Class:\n• Students will devise their own short comedy sketches with the help of their amazing instructor who has written original content and practices improvisation!\n• Moreover\, we will recreate a “writer’s room” atmosphere in this program. Students will learn how to structure their stories and how to write and land jokes.\n• Once students have developed their material\, they’ll get the scenes on-camera and their talented instructor will block their scenes\, and work on comedic timing and physicality. \nFinal Showcase: Through various improvisation exercises and other tools that writers employ\, we will help our actors create super funny sketches that will be performed on-camera for loved ones and a few scouting industry guests!  \nAges: 7-12\nWhen: Sundays\, January 27; February 3\, 10; March 3\, 10\, 17\, 24\, 31; April 7** Final Showcase\nTime: 1-3 p.m.\nWhere: Pearl Studios – 500 8th Ave.\, NYC\nCost: 895.00 \nCan’t make all 9 classes?
