ROBOT\, GREY’S ANATOMY\, BOARDWALK EMPIRE\, CRIMINAL MINDS\, MONK\, WEEDS\, New Line Cinema’s THE MAN\, Broadway’s SCHOOL OF ROCK and MAMMA MIA!) \nIn this 6-week program\, students will learn all of the on-camera essentials from the audition room to when you book the job and find yourself on the set! From the self-tape audition to on-set blocking\, students will learn the subtleties of on-camera acting\, how to make strong acting choices and hone their TV\, film and commercial technique! \nFocus of Class:\n• How to self-tape properly\n• Important on-set lingo\n• Blocking on a sound stage for multi-cam sitcoms and single camera productions\n• TV and film audition technique\n• Commercial & PSA acting technique \nAt the end of the 6-week session\, students will perform in a final showcase for family\, friends and a few talent agents and managers! \nThis class is geared toward young actors who are serious about their work.
