Look out for our next Annual Industry Showcase! We may be doing another one this Fall!

It’s often challenging to get in front of talent agents, managers and casting directors. A Class Act NY’s industry showcases and productions provide aspiring actors an opportunity to perform for industry professionals.

Many of our students have been successfully scouted from our Showcases and are now appearing on Broadway, in films, t.v. shows and commercials. Click here to read about some of our students’ professional progress.

Spring 2010 Industry Showcase

By audition only. It is free to audition. If you are cast, the cost is $375 to get in front of 15 of NYC’s most prestigious commercial and legit talent agents, managers and casting directors.

Audition Preparation: For Film, T.V., Commercial and Voice Over representation, prepare a one minute monologue. If you intend to sing, prepare 32 bars of a musical theatre song to be sung a cappella in addition to the one-minute monologue.

Audition Dates: Sunday, April 11th, Saturday, April 17th, Sunday, April 25th

Ages: 5 – 17

Where: Ripley-Grier Studios – 520 8th Ave – 16th Fl. – between 36th & 37th Streets

Private Coachings: If cast, we will work with you in two private coaching sessions. Coaching dates listed below. You will not be needed at all 4 rehearsals. Just two of the four. Rehearsals are in the afternoon to early evening.
