Good through 2012. Not valid for superstar sessions or programs outside of NYC. Receive promotion after your friend registers. Your friend must mention they heard about the promo through you. Not retroactive.

Sick Child Policy
If your child stayed home from school the day of a private lesson or class, we reserve the right to send them home. Additionally, should your child start to feel ill during a program and are unable to work, we will send them home. Please do not bring sick children to a program.

Refund Policies
Workshops, Classes, Camps, Showcases, & Productions: Full payment for all events listed above are due before the event. All Payments are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that A Class Act NY cancels a program due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, full refunds will be issued. You will be notified by phone. If you choose to put the money toward a future class, you may do so within that calendar year based on availability.

Refunds will be issued in the following cases: If there is a wait list for a class, we will try and replace your child with another child and issue you a refund or give you a credit toward a future class within that calendar year.  If you are a no show on the day of class, you will not be given a refund under any circumstances. Refunds, as aforementioned, are not given if we cannot replace your child. For private lessons, we need 48 hours cancellation notice, otherwise there will be a $30 penalty. Privates are also non-refundable.

Camps & Vacation Programs: A $350 non-refundable deposit is due upon registration. Once the deposit is received, our Artistic Director will let you know when the balance is due.

Discount Packages: Only valid for NYC workshops. Not valid for superstar workshops and classes. Subject to availability. Good for one calendar year.

Broadway Birthday Bashes

Deposits can be made via check, money order or online. The balance is due the day of the party in cash, check or money order. In the event of inclement weather, illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to re-schedule the party. However, a penalty will be applied in order to cover the space rental.
Please note: Tipping our party professionals is customary. Our party packages include activities for the children only. Any food and beverages for adults and children must be supplied by the parents/guardian.

Returned checks or disputed credit card charges
